City of Dreaming Spires

"And that city with her dreaming spires, she needs not June for beauty's heightening." Matthew Arnold

This is one of the most famous and iconic views of Oxford City.  I took the kids in search of it on a wet and windy day.  As I reached the crest of the hill and saw the city sprawled out below me, I had one of those pinch me moments.  Is this place for real?  How blessed and lucky I am to live on its doorstep.
