Tess had a tune in her head that she wanted to play on the piano (the tune to "open shut them, open shut them, give a little clap!") She hummed the tune to me, and then I showed her which keys on the piano she needed to play to match her tune. She than sat at the piano and practiced playing for a very long time until she had the tune just right. This is the first time she has showed any interest in playing the piano.
This is such a precious picture of Tess!! Love the hat, her concentration, the contrast of the dark clothes, piano and white keys and walls. Just precious! You need to blow that one up for the top of the piano. M-Gma T
